Pyynikki Observation Tower & ridge
On the forested Pyynikki esker, the highest gravel ridge in the world, a rustic stone tower gives panoramic views over both of Tampere's lakes. At its foot, the legendary café bakes what many Finns consider the best doughnuts (munkki) in the country, made fresh daily to an original recipe. View and treat in one.
